Q: How do I set up an account?
A: Click here to sign up. We are exclusively business-to-business. We only sell to Jewelry stores. Must have a Tax ID certificate to upload when setting up an account. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for screening.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase?
A: We have a minimum purchase of $500
and/or a minimum of 10 pieces that exceed a purchase of $500. That is to say, we will not sell one piece that costs $500.

Q: Is everything on your website available and in stock?
A: We stock most items that we have on the website; however, due to fast turn over we cannot guarantee that the website is updated with availability. Once a purchase order is submitted allow 1-2 business days to update the order with product availability.

Q: Why did the price change on my order?
A: Due to the volatile market of precious metals, all prices are subject to change. Items sold by weight are approximate prices and weight. Once products are confirmed in stock a price adjustment may occur depending on the current market gold price and the exact weight of the product. Once you approve the order and price you can proceed to checkout. If an item is mispriced we reserve the right to correct the price before selling.

Q: What products receive discounts?
A: All items sold by weight are excluded from the additional discount. Silver, azabaches, And diamond goods are excluded from the discount. All of our stud earrings, gold necklaces, charms, and body jewelry that are sold by piece receive a discount when bought in quantity. A purchase that exceeds $1,300 will receive 10% off on applicable products.

Q: How can I select a ring size on the web?
A: Gold ring sizes cannot be selected via the website, they are chosen at random and based on availability. Women's rings are stocked in sizes 6,7,8 and Men's Rings are stocked in sizes 10 and 11. Silver rings do have the option of selecting the desired size on the website.

Q: How do I Pay for my order?
A: A 3% merchant fee is accrued when you check out through the website. To avoid the merchant fee, we accept business-to-business Zelle, wire transfers, checks, or money orders.
